De woningen zijn gebouwd naar plannen van W.M. Dudok in 1937, in samenwerking met aannemer P. van Grootel en maken deel uit van de wijk 'Het Witte Dorp'.

Dubbel woonhuis op U-vormige plattegrond. De woningen zijn in opzet aan elkaar gespiegeld. De gevel aan de straatkant telt twee bouwlagen, aan de achterzijde zijn is het geheel drie lagen hoog.
Aan de zijde van de Geldropseweg zijn brede terrasdeuren aangebracht waarboven zich een balkon bevindt. Verder zijn op de begane grond samengestelde ramen en ramen in uitstekende lijsten aanwezig. In de zijgevels bevinden zich deuren en erkers.
