De woningen zijn gebouw naar plannen van W.M. Dudok in 1937, in samenwerking met aannemer P. van Grootel en maken deel uit van de wijk 'Het Witte Dorp'.
Omschrijving
Blok van drie woningen. Nummer 158 is een twee laags pand waarvan de achterzijde drie bouwlagen telt. Het pand bestaat uit een vooruitstekende bouwmassa met het dak haaks op de straat en een kleiner drielaags bouwlid daartegen aan waarvan de nok parallel aan de straat loopt. In de voorgevel zijn een deur onder luifel en smalle ramen aangebracht. De zijgevel bevat op elke verdieping een groot rechthoekig samengesteld raam en een smal licht.
Schuin ten opzichte van de woning is een garage aanwezig.
Aangrenzend zijn de nummers 160 en 162 gebouwd. Bij 160 is de ingang in een portiek geplaatst, de gevel loopt met een afgeronde hoek daar naar toe. De luifel boven de deur loopt door als balkon op de verdieping. In de gevelwand aan de Geldropseweg is een reeks vierkante ramen in uitstekende lijsten zichtbaar. Op de verdieping bevinden zich rechthoekige samengestelde ramen. De deur met luifel, doorlopend in de afdekking van de erker, bij nummer 162 is in de zijgevel geplaatst. Erboven bevinden zich op de eerste en tweede verdieping rechthoekige samengestelde ramen. Haaks op de hoofdmassa staat een éénlaagse aanbouw onder zadeldak, haaks op de straat.
