Inleiding
De woningen zijn gebouwd naar plannen van W.M. Dudok in 1937, in samenwerking met aannemer P. van Grootel en maken deel uit van de wijk 'Het Witte Dorp'.
Omschrijving
Langgerekte rij woningen, tweelaags panden. Op de begane grond is een erker aangebracht waarvan de afdekking als een luifel doorloopt tot boven de deur. Op de verdieping zijn dicht op elkaar geplaatste vierruitsramen zichtbaar. Aan de achterzijde van deze woningen zijn op de verdieping kleine balkons aangebracht. In het dakvlak bevindt zich een langwerpige dakkapel.
Deze rij wordt doorbroken door een smal gangetje tussen de nummers 9 en 11. De afsluitende panden, nummer 1 en 23 zijn gebouwd op een L-vormige plattegrond. Bij nummer 1 (op de hoek met de Geldropseweg) is de ingang in de kopse gevel geplaatst. Boven de deur steekt een betonnen luifel uit, in de topgevel is een rond raam zichtbaar. Nummer 23 is een drielaags pand met topgevel, dwars geplaatst ten opzichte van de aangrenzende rij aan de Petrus Dondersstraat. In de kopse gevel zijn samengestelde ramen aangebracht. De zijgevel is voorzien van een breed balkon.

De woonhuizen zijn van algemeen belang.
