KOETSHUIS aan de Doornseweg, gebouwd in 1894 en behorende bij het complex De Viersprong, uitgevoerd in een met het hoofdgebouw overeenkomstige stijl.
Omschrijving
Het éénlaagse KOETSHUIS is vanuit een rechthoekige plattegrond in baksteen opgetrokken. Het zadeldak is gedekt met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen. De dakschilden worden afgesloten met houten bakgoten op gemetselde klossen. De topgevels zijn uitgevoerd als trapgevels met ezelsruggen en sierankers. De zuidelijke langsgevel bevat een licht risalerende Vlaamse gevel met een trapgevel en een met pannen gedekte steekkap. In de risaliet bevindt zich een getoogde inrijopening onder strek, met daarboven een rondboogvormige vensteropening. Links en rechts bevindt zich een getoogd stalvenster. De venster bevatten thans kunststof kozijnen en ramen. In de oostelijke kopgevel bevindt zich een getoogde houten deur met daarboven een houten luik.

Description
The single-storey CARRIAGE HOUSE is constructed in brick from a rectangular ground plan. The gabled roof is covered with muted Dutch tiles. The roof pitches are finished with wooden gutters on rendered corbels. The gable end walls are executed as stepped gables with saddle backs and ornamental wall anchors. The southern long facade contains a slightly projecting Flemish gable with a stepped gable and a roof-pitch capped with tiles. In the projection is situated an arched carriage entrance with straight lintel, with above it a rounded arch window opening. To the left and right is situated an arched stable window. The windows currently contain plastic frames and windows. In the eastern gable wall is situated an arched wooden door with above it a wooden shutter.
