Waardering

Valuation
The former girls' house is of cultural-historical value as a distinctive expression of a spiritual and typological development of buildings within a monastic complex.
The girls' house possesses architectural-historical value because of its particular significance for the supra-regional history of architecture and as an example of the oeuvre of architect H.J. Hürth. The former girls' house derives ensemble value from its location within the Loreto monastic complex and is thus important for the character of Simpelveld.
The former girls' house is finally of general importance because of the reasonable degree of architectural integrity of the exterior and its architectural-historical and typological rarity.
