Inleiding.
De T-boerderij is rond 1890 gebouwd in Ambachtelijk-Traditionele stijl. Enkele stalraampjes zijn rond 1950 vervangen door betonnen exemplaren.
Omschrijving.
De gevels zijn opgetrokken uit handvorm baksteen en de plint en de dorpels zijn gepleisterd en grijs geschilderd. De muren zijn voorzien van rechte steekankers. Op het zadeldak van het woonhuis en het wolfdak van de achterliggende stal liggen zwarte Oudhollandse dakpannen. De voorgevel telt vier traveeën, met twee zesruits schuifvensters rechts en één links. De vensters zijn voorzien van luiken en worden afgedekt door strekken. Onder het rechterraam bevindt zich een dicht gemetseld kelderraampje. In de tweede travee van links bevindt zich de paneeldeur. De geverniste deur met drie raampjes dateert uit de jaren dertig. Het bovenlicht heeft een geometrische sierroedenverdeling. De linker zijgevel van het woonhuis heeft achter een zesruits schuifvenster en op de zolderetage een hijsluik geflankeerd door twee vierruits rondboograampjes. In de rechter zijgevel bevinden zich een enkel en een dubbel zesruitsraam met luiken. Op de zolderetage weer een hijsluik en twee rondboograampjes. Aan beide zijden is de schoorsteen iets uitgemetseld. De linker zijgevel van de stal is voorzien van getoogde betonnen stalramen. Een stel deeldeuren is dicht gemetseld. Achteraan bevindt zich een stel getoogde deeldeuren voorzien van kleine raampjes. De rechter zijgevel van de stal heeft als muuropeningen een deur, drie stalramen, een deur, zes stalramen en een deur.
De achtergevel van de stal heeft op de begane grond twee getoogde vierruits stalramen en op de zolderetage 2 halfronde vensters.
Waardering.
De boerderij is van algemeen belang. Het pand heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als voorbeeld van de sociaal-economische ontwikkeling van de landbouw in het Peelgebied en als voorbeeld van de typologische ontwikkeling van de T-boerderij.
Architectuurhistorisch is het pand van belang vanwege de sobere detaillering en de ornamentiek en als gaaf specimen van streekeigen bouwkunst. De boerderij is belangrijk vanwege de gaafheid van het exterieur en is als zodanig zeldzaam.

The farmhouse is of general importance. The building has cultural-historical importance as an example of the socio-economic development of agriculture in the Peel region and as an example of the typological development of the T-farmhouse.
From an architectural-historical perspective the building is of importance because of the sober detailing and ornamentation and as a well-preserved specimen of regional vernacular architecture. The farmhouse is important because of the integrity of its exterior and is as such rare.
