SCHUUR, gebouwd in 1890 in Hollandse neorenaissancestijl. De schuur maakt onderdeel uit van het boerderijcomplex, gelegen aan de Vliet in het buitengebied van Rijswijk.
Omschrijving
Schuur, op rechthoekige grondslag over twee bouwlagen opgetrokken in rode baksteen (kruisverband met knipvoeg) met speklagen van kunststeen onder een met gesmoorde oudhollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak.
De voorgevel is een trapgevel voorzien van geprofileerde afdekplaten, deels met bolvormige pinakels en met, net als de boerderij, decoratieve elementen uit de neorenaissance zoals muurankers, siermetselwerk in gele verblendsteen en gepleisterde aanzet- en sluitstenen rond de bovenzijde van de muuropeningen. De symmetrisch ingedeelde gevel heeft een centraal geplaatste rondboogvormige, opgeklampte deur met aan weerszijden grote rondboogvormige vensters met een ijzeren roedenverdeling. Op de verdieping een groot hooiluik met aan weerszijden vensters zoals op de begane grond. De rechter zijgevel heeft vier meerruits vensters, een deur en drie segmentboogvormige stalvensters met stalen kozijnen.
De linker zijgevel van de schuur gaat grotendeels schuil achter een modern tussenlid dat de schuur met de boerderij verbindt.
De achtergevel heeft een enkele deur en een opgeklampte dubbele deur met beslag waarboven een hooiluik geplaatst is.

Barn, erected on a rectangular plan over two storeys in red brick (English bond with raked joint) with courses of artificial stone beneath a gabled roof covered with combed Dutch tiles.
The front facade is a stepped gable with profiled roof coping, partly with bulbous pinnacles and with, like the farmhouse, decorative elements from the Neo-Renaissance such as wall anchors, decorative brickwork in yellow facing brick and plastered springers and keystones around the top of the wall openings. The symmetrically arranged facade has a centrally placed round-arched, clamped door with on either side large round-arched windows with an iron glazing bar pattern. On the upper storey a large hayloft door with on either side windows as on the ground floor. The right side facade has four multi-light windows, a door and three segmental-arched barn windows with steel frames.
The left side facade of the barn is largely concealed behind a modern connector linking the barn with the farmhouse.
The rear facade has a single door and a clamped double door with fittings above which a hayloft door is placed.
