Inleiding
BOERDERIJ van het langhuistype, gebouwd in 1890 in opdracht van de familie Repelaer in Hollandse neorenaissancestijl. De boerderij maakt onderdeel uit van het boerderijcomplex, gelegen aan de Vliet in het buitengebied van Rijswijk.
Omschrijving
Deels onderkelderde boerderij, vanaf een gepleisterde plint over twee bouwlagen opgetrokken in rode baksteen (kruisverband met knipvoeg) met sierbanden van gele baksteen. Het tussen eindgevels gevatte oorspronkelijk met riet gedekte zadeldak is thans gedekt met gesmoorde oudhollandse pannen. De voor- en achtergevel is als een brede trapgevel afgesloten met geprofileerde dekplaten en overhoeks geplaatste pinakels voorzien van decoratief metselwerk in gele baksteen. De voorgevel is rijk gedetailleerd met elementen uit de neorenaissance zoals rondbogen boven de muuropeningen met gepleisterde aanzet- en sluitstenen, siermetselwerk met gele baksteen in de boogtrommels, gepleisterde lekdorpels en muurankers. De gevel is symmetrisch ingedeeld met een centraal geplaatste entree die bestaat uit een dubbele paneeldeur met fronton en gietijzeren sierrooster onder een bovenlicht. Aan weerszijden van de entree bevinden zich twee zesruits vensters. Onder de vensters rechts in de gevel zijn twee keldervensters geplaatst. De verdieping heeft drie zesruits vensters en in de top een rond venster met een gepleisterde sluitsteen. Op horizontale banden staat "ANNO", "1890" en "VLIET', "ZICHT".
De rechter (noord) zijgevel van het woonhuis is voorzien van drie keldervensters met diefijzers, twee zesruits vensters onder strekken met gele verblendsteen. De stalgevel bevat een deur onder een bovenlicht en een hooiluik.
In de linker zijgevel van het woongedeelte twee zesruits vensters en twee deuren onder een bovenlicht en een niet uit de bouwtijd stammend liggend venster. In de stalgevel zijn vier halfronde vensters geplaatst, voorzien van een ijzeren roedenverdeling.
De achtergevel van de boerderij is blind uitgevoerd.

FARMHOUSE of the longhouse type, built in 1890 on commission of the Repelaer family in Dutch Neo-Renaissance style. The farmhouse forms part of the farm complex, situated on the Vliet in the countryside of Rijswijk.
Description
Partially cellared farmhouse, built from a plastered plinth over two storeys in red brick (English bond with raked joint) with decorative bands of yellow brick. The gabled roof originally thatched with reed is now covered with combed Dutch tiles. The front and rear facade are finished as broad stepped gables with profiled roof coping and diagonally placed pinnacles with decorative brickwork in yellow brick. The front facade is richly detailed with Neo-Renaissance elements such as round arches above the wall openings with plastered springers and keystones, decorative brickwork with yellow brick in the arch rings, plastered drip mouldings and ornamental wall anchors. The facade is symmetrically arranged with a centrally placed entrance consisting of a double panelled door with pediment and cast-iron decorative grille beneath a fanlight. On either side of the entrance are two six-light windows. Below the windows on the right in the facade are two cellar windows. The upper storey has three six-light windows and at the top a round window with a plastered keystone. On horizontal bands appear 'ANNO', '1890' and 'VLIET', 'ZICHT'.
The right (north) side facade of the residential section has three cellar windows with guard bars, two six-light windows under courses with yellow facing brick. The barn facade contains a door beneath a fanlight and a hayloft door.
In the left side facade of the residential part two six-light windows and two doors beneath a fanlight and a window not from the original construction period. In the barn facade four semi-circular windows are placed, fitted with an iron glazing bar pattern.
