WAGENSCHUUR, deel uitmakend van het boerderijcomplex "Paulinaburch", gebouwd in opdracht van de heer Repelaer, tegelijk met de bouw van de boerderij, tussen 1885 en 1890 in Traditioneel Ambachtelijke stijl.
Omschrijving
Eenlaags pand opgetrokken in gele strengpersteen met strekken en rollagen rond de muuropeningen van rode baksteen. Het zadeldak tussen trapgevels is gedekt met gesmoorde oudhollandse pannen.
In de kopse gevel aan de noordzijde is ter plaatste van de zolderverdieping een rozetvenster geplaatst. Daaronder bevinden zich twee getoogde stalvensters met roedenverdeling (type wybertje).
In de voorgevel (west) is een dubbele staldeur geplaatst onder een hooiluik. Aan weerszijden hiervan bevindt zich een staldeur met vierruits bovenlicht.
De achtergevel bevat drie getoogde stalvensters van het eerder genoemde type.
Waardering
De wagenschuur is van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuur- en architectuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van kenmerkende agrarische bebouwing, gebouwd in een sobere Traditioneel Ambachtelijke bouwstijl met een zorgvuldige detaillering.

WAGON SHED, forming part of the farmstead complex "Paulinaburch", built on the instructions of Herr Repelaer, at the same time as the construction of the farmstead, between 1885 and 1890 in Traditional Craft style.
Description
Single-storey building constructed in yellow stiff mud brick with courses and rollers around the wall openings of red brickwork. The gabled roof between stepped gables is covered with smothered old Dutch tiles.
In the gable wall on the north side at the level of the upper floor is a rose window placed. Below this are two arched stable windows with glazing bars (wybertje type).
In the front facade (west) is a double stable door placed under a hayloft door. On either side of this is a stable door with four-light fanlight.
The rear facade contains three arched stable windows of the type mentioned above.

The wagon shed is of general importance on account of its cultural and architectural-historical value as an example of characteristic agricultural building, constructed in a sober Traditional Craft style with careful detailing.
