Inleiding
ARBEIDERSHUIS deel uitmakend van het in 1922 gebouwde boerderijcomplex "Paulinaburch" en opgetrokken in Traditioneel Ambachtelijke stijl.
Omschrijving
Eenlaags, deels onderkelderd pand opgetrokken in grauwe baksteen (kruisverband met knipvoeg). Het afgewolfde schilddak is gedekt met rode Tuile du Nord en heeft pirons op de nokeindenen windveren met hangstijlen. De vensters van het pand zijn overwegend T-schuifvensters onder een zesruits bovenlicht, voorzien van luiken.
De voorgevel aan de straatzijde (noord) heeft over driekwart van de gevel een veranda onder een doorlopend dakschild dat rust op houten kolommen met schoren. Achter de veranda zijn twee vensters geplaatst. In het linker geveldeel bevindt zich een smal venster onder vierruits bovenlicht.
De beide zijgevels hebben op de begane grond en ter plaatse van de zolderverdieping een venster. In de achtergevel bevindt zich, in een kleine uitbouw, de entree met bovenlicht en een kelderluik.
Interieur De oorspronkelijke indeling van het pand is herkenbaar. In de woonkamer bevindt zich een bedstee.
Waardering
Arbeidershuisje van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuur- en architectuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van een voor de streek bijzonder agrarisch gebouwtype met een sobere maar zorgvuldig gedetailleerde verschijningsvorm.
Het pand is gaaf in hoofdvorm, materiaalgebruik en detaillering.

WORKERS' COTTAGE forming part of the farmstead complex "Paulinaburch" built in 1922 and constructed in Traditional Craft style.
Description
Single-storey, partly cellared building constructed in grey brickwork (running bond with tooth joint). The hipped roof is covered with red Tuile du Nord and has piers on the ridge ends and wind braces with hanging struts. The windows of the building are predominantly T-sash windows under a six-light fanlight, fitted with shutters.
The front facade on the street side (north) has a veranda covering three-quarters of the facade under a continuous roof slope resting on wooden columns with braces. Behind the veranda are two windows. In the left part of the facade is a narrow window under four-light fanlight.
Both side facades have on the ground floor and at the level of the upper floor a window. In the rear facade, in a small extension, is the entrance with fanlight and a cellar hatch.
Interior The original layout of the building is recognisable. In the living room is a bed alcove.
