KOP-ROMPBOERDERIJ GERTRUDA-HOEVE, gebouwd in 1929.
omschrijving
De gevels van de boerderij met T-vormige plattegrond zijn opgetrokken uit machinale baksteen met decoratieve rollagen. Het voorste, naar de straat gekeerde gedeelte bevat de woning. Zowel de woning als de hogere stal hebben een mansardedak met asbestleien. De lijstgevel van de woning is links onderbroken door een mansarde- topgevel. De uitkragende gootlijsten rusten op gesneden houten klosjes. Op de begane grond is er rechts en links een dubbel naar binnen draaiend raam met bovenlichten in kleine roedenverdeling en luiken. In het midden bevindt zich de rond 1985 vernieuwde deur met achtruits bovenlicht. In het dakvlak is een twaalfruits dakkapel onder plat dak geplaatst; in de topgevel bevindt zich een dubbel achtruits venster met baksteen sierruit. In de borstwering hiervan is in gele en witte tegels de naam: "Gertruda-Hoeve" aangegeven. In de linker en rechterzijgevel van het woonhuis bevinden zich twee dubbele ramen met luiken. Links is er een kleine uitbouw onder plat dak voor het toilet. In de muur die aansluit op het woongedeelte bevindt zich links en rechts hoog in de gevel een zesruits venster. De rechter zijgevel van de stal bevat lage getoogde en rechte hoge staldeuren, naast een reeks zesruits ijzeren stalvensters. Links is er voorts een hoog opgetild luik onder lessenaardak. De linker zijgevel heeft een zeer laag aangezet dak. In het lage muurwerk bevinden zich twee varkensdeurtjes, waarvan er één is dichtgezet.
De achtergevel van de stal heeft links een dichtgemetselde, rechts twee brede staldeuren. Hoog in de gevel bevinden zich drie ijzeren zesruits stalraampjes.

De boerderij is van algemeen belang. Het gebouw heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als voorbeeld van de sociaal-economische ontwikkeling van de landbouw in de Peel en als voorbeeld van de typologische ontwikkeling en vernieuwing van de boerderij in het interbellum. Architectuurhistorisch is het pand van belang vanwege de ornamentiek en bijzondere samenhang tussen exterieur en interieur. De boerderij is belangrijk vanwege de gaafheid van het in- en exterieur en is als zodanig zeldzaam.

The gables of the farmhouse with T-shaped plan are built up in machine brick with decorative roll courses. The front section facing the street contains the dwelling. Both the dwelling and the higher stable have a mansard roof with asbestos slates. The cornice-topped facade of the dwelling is interrupted on the left by a mansard gable. The projecting gutter lines rest on cut wooden blocks. On the ground floor there is on the right and left a double window opening inward with fanlights in small glazing bars and shutters. In the middle is the door, renewed around 1985, with eight-pane fanlight. In the roof surface is a twelve-pane roof dormer placed under a flat roof; in the gable is a double eight-pane window with decorative brick diamond-shape. In the breastwork of this is indicated in yellow and white tiles the name: "Gertruda-Hoeve". In the left and right side gables of the dwelling house are two double windows with shutters. On the left is a small outbuilding under a flat roof for the toilet. In the wall adjoining the residential section are on the left and right high in the gable a six-pane window. The right side gable of the stable contains low arched and straight high stable doors, beside a series of six-pane iron stable windows. On the left there is furthermore a high-set shutter under a lean-to roof. The left side gable has a very low-set roof. In the low masonry are two pig doors, one of which is bricked up.
The rear gable of the stable has on the left a bricked-up, on the right two broad stable doors. High in the gable are three iron six-pane stable windows.
Valuation
The farmhouse is of general importance. The building has cultural-historical importance as an example of the socio-economic development of agriculture in the Peel and as an example of the typological development and renewal of the farmhouse in the interwar period. From an architectural-historical perspective the building is of importance because of its ornamentation and special coherence between exterior and interior. The farmhouse is important because of the integrity of its interior and exterior and is as such rare.
