VARKENSCHUUR, als onderdeel van en daterend uit de bouwtijd van het boerderijcomplex 'Modelhoeve', ten oosten van de landbouwschuur gesitueerd.
Omschrijving
Vrijstaande éénlaags varkenschuur op een langgerekte rechthoekige plattegrond onder een zadeldak met gesmoorde kruispannen, waarvan de nokrichting haaks staat op het woongedeelte van de boerderij. De grotendeels symmetrisch ingedeelde gevels zijn deels opgetrokken uit grauwe baksteen (halfsteensverband), deels van rabatdelen, boven een iets uitkragend trasraam. De symmetrisch ingedeelde bakstenen kopgevel aan erfzijde (noord) heeft aan weerszijden een eenvoudige houten, door lisenen geflankeerde, deur. Het gevelbeschot van de kopgevel heeft een gekartelde onderrand en een gevelbeëindiging met eenvoudige houten makelaar. De rechter langsgevel (west) is van baksteen, zeven traveeën lang en voorzien van rondboogvormige ijzeren stalvensters. De zesde travee van links heeft twee houten deuren. De linker langsgevel is van hout en heeft een travee-indeling met pseudo-vakwerk, deels uitgevoerd met kruislings geplaatste steunbalken en voorzien van kleine rechthoekig roedenverdeelde stalvensters.

PIG BARN, as part of and dating from the construction period of the farm complex 'Modelhoeve', situated to the east of the agricultural barn.
Description
Detached single-storey pig barn on an elongated rectangular ground plan under a gabled roof with hipped purlins, the ridge direction of which is perpendicular to the residential part of the farmhouse. The largely symmetrically arranged facades are partly constructed of grey brick (half-brick bond), partly of half-timbered panels, above a slightly projecting rubble course. The symmetrically articulated brick gable end on the courtyard side (north) has on either side a simple wooden door flanked by pilasters. The boarded gable end has a crenellated lower edge and a gable termination with simple wooden corbels. The right side wall (west) is of brick, seven bays long and provided with round-arch cast-iron stable windows. The sixth bay from the left has two wooden doors. The left side wall is of wood and has a bay division with pseudo-timber framing, partly executed with diagonally placed bracing beams and provided with small rectangular glazing-barred stable windows.
