FABRIEKSHAL, eind negentiende / begin twintigste eeuw gelegen achter de touwbaan, opgetrokken in baksteen op een nagenoeg rechthoekige plattegrond en wordt afgedekt door een zaagtanddak met rode pannen. In de steile zijden van het zaagtanddak zijn stroken glas aangebracht. De zuidgevel van de hal is voorzien van betonnen vensters en deuren. De oostgevel is blind. Aan de noordwestzijde is links een kubusvormig bouwdeel onder plat dak gezet met stalen vensters en deuren. Tegen de noordgevel zijn in de jaren vijftig twee loodsen onder zadeldak gezet die van ondergeschikt belang zijn.

Fabriekshal, van algemeen belang vanwege de architectuurhistorische waarde als goed bewaard typologisch voorbeeld van een hal met zaagtanddak. FACTORY HALL, late nineteenth / early twentieth century located behind the rope walk, built in brick on an approximately rectangular floor plan and covered by a sawtooth roof with red tiles. Strips of glass are fitted in the steep sides of the sawtooth roof. The south facade of the hall is fitted with concrete windows and doors. The east facade is blind. On the northwest side on the left a cubic building section is placed under a flat roof with steel windows and doors. Against the north facade two sheds under gabled roofs were placed in the nineteen-fifties which are of subsidiary importance.
Valuation
Factory hall, of general importance due to its architectural historical value as a well-preserved typological example of a hall with sawtooth roof. Of cultural historical value due to the function of rope factory. Also of ensemble value as part of the factory complex of a rope factory, in relation to the chimney and the rope walk.
