Omschrijving
Het met de nokrichting evenwijdig aan de Gerverscop gelegen voormalige DIESELGEMAAL is opgetrokken op een rechthoekige plattegrond en telt één bouwlaag onder een zadeldak met gesmoorde kruispannen, voorzien van een decoratief patroon in rode pannen. De gevels zijn boven een trasraam met rollaag versierd met eenvoudige banden in gele verblendsteen en ruitmotieven in de topgevels. De houten goten rusten op gemetselde klossen waartussen een band van rode en gele baksteen. De stalen vensters hebben een roedenverdeling en getoogde bovenzijde. Deuren en vensters hebben getoogde ontlastingsbogen. De voorgevel (zuid) is een topgevel die links een dubbele openslaande deur met getoogd bovenlicht bevat. Rechts bevindt zich een groot venster. Ertussen is een gedenksteen gezet. De top bevat een venster.
In de oostgevel of rechter zijgevel is links een deur met bovenlicht gezet en rechts een stalen venster. Eronder is een gemetselde rondboog waaronder de buis van de centrifugaalpomp uitkomt.
De achtergevel (noord) bevat twee vensters op de begane grond en een kleiner venster in de top. Ter hoogte van het trasraam steekt een buis van de vacuümpomp door het muurwerk.
De westgevel of linker zijgevel bevat links een hoog geplaatst venster en rechts een niet oorspronkelijke deur.
Het interieur bevat de belangrijke delen van de oorspronkelijke machinerieën, te weten een dieselcentrifugaalpomp en een vacuümpomp. De vacuümpomp is toegevoegd in 1920. Beide installaties zijn vervaardigd door de firma Pannevis en zonen uit Utrecht, later de NV Machinefabriek Hoogenlande.
De machines zijn geëlektrificeerd en voorzien van een nieuw besturingssysteem.

The former DIESEL PUMPING STATION, with its ridge direction parallel to the Gerverscop, is built on a rectangular ground plan and has one storey under a gabled roof with dark cross tiles, provided with a decorative pattern in red tiles. The facades above a clinker course with roller course are decorated with simple bands in yellow decorative brick and lozenge motifs in the gable ends. The wooden gutters rest on brick corbels between which is a band of red and yellow brick. The steel windows have glazing bars and arched tops. Doors and windows have arched relieving arches. The front facade (south) is a gable end which on the left contains a double opening door with arched fanlight. On the right is a large window. Between them is a commemorative stone placed. The top contains a window.
In the east facade or right side facade, on the left is a door with fanlight and on the right a steel window. Below it is a built round arch under which the discharge pipe of the centrifugal pump emerges.
The rear facade (north) contains two windows on the ground floor and a smaller window in the gable. At the height of the clinker course, a pipe of the vacuum pump protrudes through the masonry.
The west facade or left side facade contains on the left a high-placed window and on the right a non-original door.
The interior contains the important parts of the original machinery, namely a diesel centrifugal pump and a vacuum pump. The vacuum pump was added in 1920. Both installations were made by the firm Pannevis en zonen from Utrecht, later the NV Machinefabriek Hoogenlande.
