Links van de boerderij staat het ZOMERHUIS annex wagenschuur en jongveestal. Het zomerhuis op een langgerekte plattegrond heeft een afgewolfd schilddak gedekt met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen. De voorgevel met een afgeknotte klokgevel wordt omlijst door gepleisterde geblokte hoeklisenen met een vaasvormige bekroning, voorts gepleisterde afdeklijsten en een houten kroonlijst. Plint en geprofileerde strekken boven de vensters en de waterlijst zijn eveneens gepleisterd. Op de begane grond zijn twee vensters met een bovenlicht aangebracht en op de verdieping een klein venster. De rechterzijgevel bevat een deur en een dubbele en een enkele opgeklampte deur. Links bevindt zich een haaks aangebouwd boenhok onder een met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak. De gevel aan de slootzijde is in hout uitgevoerd. In de voorgevel is een paneeldeur met smeedijzeren deurrooster en bovenlicht geplaatst. Achter het boenhok is tegen een groot deel van de linkerzijgevel van het zomerhuis een houten schuur onder een lessenaarsdak aangebracht.

Het object is van architectuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van een zomerhuis met wagenschuur en jongveestal, alsmede de gaafheid van hoofdvorm, gevelindeling en vanwege de detaillering in neoclassicistische trant van de voorgevel.
Het is van grote ensemblewaarde in samenhang met de naastgelegen boerderij, gebouwd in dezelfde stijl .

To the left of the farmhouse stands the SUMMER HOUSE adjoining a wagon shed and young cattle shed. The summer house on an elongated ground plan has a hipped roof covered with close-laid Dutch tiles. The front facade with a truncated bell gable is framed by plastered rusticated corner pilasters with a vase-shaped crown, furthermore plastered coping strips and a wooden cornice. Plinth and profiled lintels above the windows and the drip moulding are likewise plastered. On the ground floor two windows with a fanlight are installed and on the upper storey a small window. The right side facade contains a door and a double and single flanged door. On the left is a perpendicularly adjoining scullery under a gabled roof covered with close-laid Dutch tiles. The facade on the ditch side is executed in timber. In the front facade a panelled door with wrought-iron door grille and fanlight is placed. Behind the scullery against a large part of the left side facade of the summer house is a wooden shed under a lean-to roof installed.

The object is of architectural-historical value as an example of a summer house with wagon shed and young cattle shed, as well as due to the integrity of its main form, facade arrangement and due to the detailing in neoclassical style of the front facade.
