Omschrijving complexonderdeel 1
De LANGHUISBOERDERIJ op een rechthoekige plattegrond, heeft een afgewolfd zadeldak met de nok haaks op de weg, bij het voorhuis rietgedekt en het achterhuis voorzien van golfplaten. De voorgevel (oostzijde) met een afgeknotte klokgevel, is symmetrisch ingedeeld en voorzien van een houten kroonlijst en gemetselde afdeklijsten en geblokte hoeklisenen met een vaasvormige bekroning. Op de begane grond zijn vernieuwde vensters met een bovenlicht aangebracht en op de zolderverdieping een getrapt drielichtsvenster.
De ingang en twee vensters met luiken als aan de voorzijde bevinden zich in de linkerzijgevel. De zijgevel van het achterhuis bevat drie gietijzeren stalvensters.
In de rechterzijgevel zijn een venster met luiken als aan de voorzijde aangebracht en stalvensters. De achtergevel is symmetrisch ingedeeld met een enkele deur in het midden geflankeerd door een staldeur en erboven een rond zoldervenster.
Waardering complexonderdeel 1
De boerderij is van algemeen belang vanwege de architectuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van het type langhuisboerderij, alsmede vanwege de gaafheid van de hoofdvorm en gevelindeling. Voorts vanwege de detaillering in neoclassicistische trant van de voorgevel.

Description complex component 1
The FARMHOUSE on a rectangular ground plan, has a hipped gabled roof with the ridge perpendicular to the road, at the front house thatched and the rear house fitted with corrugated iron sheets. The front facade (east side) with a truncated bell gable, is symmetrically arranged and fitted with a wooden cornice and mortared coping strips and rusticated corner pilasters with a vase-shaped crown. On the ground floor renewed windows with a fanlight are installed and on the attic storey a stepped three-light window.
The entrance and two windows with shutters as on the front are located in the left side facade. The side facade of the rear house contains three cast-iron stable windows.
In the right side facade a window with shutters as on the front is installed and stable windows. The rear facade is symmetrically arranged with a single door in the centre flanked by a stable door and above it a round attic window.
Valuation complex component 1
The farmhouse is of general importance due to its architectural-historical value as an example of the farmhouse type, as well as due to the integrity of its main form and facade arrangement. Furthermore due to the detailing in neoclassical style of the front facade.
The farmhouse is of great ensemble value in relation to the adjoining summer house, built in the same style.
