WOONHUIS, gebouwd rond 1880 en vertoont kenmerken van het Eclecticisme.
Omschrijving.
Eénlaags bakstenen woonhuis op een rechthoekige plattegrond onder een zadeldak waarvan de nok evenwijdig aan de straat loopt. Het dak is gedekt met kruispannen.
De voorgevel is vijf traveeën breed en heeft in het midden een opbouw met topgevel. Het haakse zadeldakje is voorzien van windveren en een gootlijst. In het midden van de gevel is een deur geplaatst met getoogd bovenlicht. Aan weerszijden van de deur bevinden zich twee T-ramen. In de opbouw zijn twee T-ramen aangebracht. Alle ramen en de deur hebben een geprofileerde omlijsting met kuif. In de topgevel bevindt zich een bijzonder vormgegeven driehoekig raampje in een geprofileerde omlijsting.
De rechterzijgevel heeft een gepleisterde plint. Aan de voor- en achterkant van de gevel zijn ramen geplaatst. In de topgevel bevinden zich twee ramen.

Single-storey brick residence on a rectangular floor plan under a gabled roof with the ridge running parallel to the street. The roof is covered with cross tiles.
The front facade is five bays wide and has in the centre a projection with gable. The right-angled gabled roof is furnished with wind-braces and a gutter moulding. In the centre of the facade a door is placed with arched fanlight. On either side of the door are two T-windows. In the projection are two T-windows fitted. All windows and the door have a moulded frame with hood. In the gable is a particularly shaped triangular window in a moulded frame.
The right side facade has a render plinth. At the front and rear of the facade windows are placed. In the gable are two windows.
