Inleiding.
WOONHUIS, later gebruikt als dienstwoning. Gebouwd circa 1915 in de overgangsstijl. Het pand bestaat uit een woongedeelte aan de straatkant en een opslagruimte aan de achterzijde. De voorste helft van de verdieping is in de jaren zeventig gemoderniseerd.
Omschrijving.
Eénlaags bakstenen woonhuis onder een mansardedak waarvan de nok haaks op de straat staat. Het dak is gedekt met kruispannen en heeft windveren. De nok aan de straatkant wordt bekroond door een palmet. Het achterste gedeelte is een schuur.
In de straatgevel zijn op de begane grond schuiframen met luiken, in de driedelige bovenlichten is kathedraalglas aangebracht. Erboven bevinden zich gepleisterde lateien met figuratieve inskripties en segmentbogen. In de topgevel zijn twee smallere ramen met eenzelfde indeling en vormgeving gezet.
In de linkerzijgevel bevindt zich een deur, ernaast is een poort aangebracht. De rechterzijgevel heeft aan de voorzijde een rechthoekige opgeklampte deur, achter een getoogde opgeklampte deur. De achtergevel heeft een grote poort met daarboven een hijsluik.
In het interieur is de indeling in grote lijnen bewaard gebleven. Voor in het huis, aan de straatkant bevindt zich een woonkamer met keuken. Via de deur in de zijgevel betreedt men een klein halletje met tegelvloer en een houten steektrap naar boven. De verdieping is in de jaren zeventig gemoderniseerd. Achter is een grote opslagruimte, zowel op de begane grond als op de verdieping.
