Omschrijving.

Description.

Brickwork building under a flat roof. The plinth is executed in black brick, the upper part of the facade has projecting horizontal edges in brickwork. The edge of the leftmost (two-storey) section is stepped in receding fashion. The roof edge is finished with roof tiles. The main mass is three storeys high and has a chamfered corner. On the ground floor at Brugstraat there is the shop with display window, the display window on the left side has a right angle, on the right it is provided with a chamfered angle. The fanlights of the display window are set back on the left side and on both sides filled with coloured leaded glass. Between them is a porch with a tiled step, raised higher than the pavement. This step continues on the right in front of the display window for the chamfered corner and follows the building line.

Above the display window, on the first floor there are two French windows with fanlights provided with a horizontal glazing bars. Against the chamfered corner a balcony with brick parapet has been installed.

On the left of the facade there is a large two-part window, in the fanlight horizontal glazing bars with leaded glass have been installed. To the right of it, in a shallow porch a door with fanlight, also filled with leaded glass, is placed. On the floor above is a window with a fanlight wider on both sides, also called a milkmaid window. The side facade at the Oliemolen is largely blank. On the ground floor and floor above there is one window each. On the ground floor this is a high-placed window, provided with horizontal glazing bars and leaded glass on the corner, the floor above has a window with fanlight, running into the rear facade.

On the second floor an internal balcony as in the facade at Brugstraat has been installed. The upper part of the side facade is covered with slate.
