Inleiding.
Vlaamse SCHUUR, deel uitmakend van een complex, mogelijk ouder dan het laatste kwart van de negentiende eeuw.
Omschrijving.
De schuur van het Vlaamse type is uitgevoerd in baksteen op een rechthoekige plattegrond onder een hoog rieten schilddak met wolfeind.
In de naar de straat gerichte gevel een raam met kleine roedenverdeling. In de linkerzijgevel een rechthoekige poort, die toegang geeft tot de langsdeel. Inwendig is het gebint nog aanwezig.
Waardering.
De schuur is van algemeen belang. Het gebouw heeft cultuurhistorischbelang als uitdrukking van de sociaal-economische ontwikkeling van de landbouw in de Langstraat en als specimen van de typologische ontwikkeling van de Brabantse boerderij in het laatste kwart van de negentiende eeuw. Het heeft ensemblewaarden als onderdeel van een groter complex. Het is gaaf bewaard gebleven.

The barn of the Flemish type is constructed in brick on a rectangular ground plan under a high thatched half-hipped roof.
In the facade facing the street a window with small glazing bars. In the left side facade a rectangular gate, which provides access to the longitudinal section. Internally the roof truss structure is still present.
Valuation.
The barn is of general interest. The building has cultural-historical importance as an expression of the socio-economic development of agriculture in the Langstraat and as a specimen of the typological development of the Brabantine farm in the last quarter of the nineteenth century. It has ensemble values as part of a larger complex. It has been preserved in good condition.
