Inleiding.
LanggevelBOERDERIJ deel uitmakend van een boerderijcomplex, buiten de kern van Dongen en daterend uit het laatste kwart van de negentiende eeuw.
Omschrijving.
De boerderij heeft een bouwlaag onder zadeldak waarvan de nok evenwijdig aan de Eindsestraat ligt. De boerderij is uitgevoerd in baksteen, het dak is gedekt met tuiles-du-Nord aan de voorkant, de achterkant is gedekt met kruispannen. Het linker gedeelte, het woonhuis, is drie traveeën breed en heeft een opgeklampte deur met bovenlicht. Aan weerszijden is een beluikt zesruits schuifraam aangebracht. In het bedrijfsgedeelte bevindt zich een tweetal getoogde poorten met daarnaast een stalraam. Boven één van die stalramen is een hijsluik aangebracht.
In de linkerzijgevel zijn op de begane grond en verdieping ramen aangebracht. De rechterzijgevel heeft een poort en kleine raampjes op de begane grond. De verdieping heeft een luik en in de topgevel bevinden zich kleine vierruitsraampjes.
Het bedrijfsgedeelte is aan de achterkant verder uitgebouwd en heeft twee poorten onder korfbogen. In het woongedeelte zijn onder meer een kelderlicht en rechthoekig raam aangebracht.
Waardering.
De boerderij is van algemeen belang. Het gebouw heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als uitdrukking van de sociaal-economische ontwikkeling van de landbouw in de Langstraat en als specimen van de typologische ontwikkeling van de Brabantse boerderij in het laatste kwart van de negentiende eeuw. Het heeft ensemblewaarden als onderdeel van een groter complex. Het is gaaf bewaard gebleven.

Long-facade FARM forming part of a farm complex, outside the core of Dongen and dating from the last quarter of the nineteenth century.
Description.
The farm has one storey under a gabled roof whose ridge runs parallel to the Eindsestraat. The farm is constructed in brick, the roof is covered with tuiles-du-Nord on the front, the rear is covered with crossed tiles. The left part, the dwelling house, is three bays wide and has a hinged door with fanlight. On either side a shuttered six-light sash window has been installed. In the business section there are two arched gates with a stable window beside them. Above one of those stable windows a hoist shutter has been fitted.
In the left side facade windows have been installed on the ground floor and first floor. The right side facade has a gate and small windows on the ground floor. The first floor has a shutter and in the gable end there are small four-light windows.
The business section is further extended at the rear and has two gates under relieving arches. In the residential section, among other things, a cellar light and rectangular window have been installed.
Valuation.
The farm is of general interest. The building has cultural-historical importance as an expression of the socio-economic development of agriculture in the Langstraat and as a specimen of the typological development of the Brabantine farm in the last quarter of the nineteenth century. It has ensemble values as part of a larger complex. It has been preserved in good condition.
