Inleiding.
Het WOONHUIS is gebouwd in 1879 in Eclectische stijl naar ontwerp van architect C.P. van Genk. Op het dak zijn rond 1980 drie grote dakkapellen geplaatst.
Omschrijving.
Het tweelaagse gepleisterde pand met hardstenen sokkel telt vier traveeën. Het zadeldak, parallel aan de straat, is voorzien van verbeterde hollandse dakpannen. De getoogde schuifvensters zijn voorzien van geprofileerd gestucte lijsten met kuiven en hardstenen dorpels. Op de begane grond is de borstwering bij de vensters voorzien van diamantkoppen. Deze bevinden zich ook in de omlijsting van de paneeldeur in de tweede travee van rechts. Er is ruimte uitgespaard voor een bewerkte gietijzeren schoenenschraper. De vleugeldeur is voorzien van smeedijzeren deurroosters. Onder de geprofileerde kroonlijst op klosjes en tandlijst bevinden zich rozetten en velden, gescheiden door voluutconsoles.
Waardering.
Het woonhuis is van algemeen belang.
