Inleiding.
Het voormalige WOONHUIS is gebouwd in Eclectische stijl in 1879 naar een ontwerp uit 1873 van architect C.P. van Genk, in opdracht van fabrikant A. Asselbergs. Rond 1970 zijn er twee grote dakramen geplaatst. Het pand is in gebruik als kantoorpand en intern aan deze functie aangepast.
Omschrijving.
Het tweelaagse pand telt vier traveeën en is geplaatst onder een zadeldak parallel aan de straat met rode tuile du Nordpannen. De kap heeft links een schildeinde. Profiellijsten geleden de gepleisterde gevel. De plint is van hardsteen. De getoogde T-vensters op de begane grond en verdieping zijn voorzien van geprofileerd stucwerk lijsten met kuiven. Dit is ook aangebracht rond de paneeldeur in de derde travee van links. Het fries met kroonlijst is voorzien van voluutconsoles en velden. De stoep voor het huis wordt afgezet door hardstenen stoeppalen.
