Inleiding.
Vlaamsche SCHUUR in Ambachtelijk-traditionele stijl, ten oosten van het woonstalhuis gelegen, met de korte gevel aan de wegzijde.
Omschrijving.
De schuur heeft houten wanden met horizontale beschieting, twee ervan rusten op een hoge bakstenen voetmuur. Het gebouw heeft een rieten schilddak. Dubbele inrijpoorten in de korte gevels. Inwendig is een op stenen poeren geplaatst tweebeukig, overstekend ankerbalkgebint aanwezig. Een deel van het gebint maakt de indruk te bestaan uit hergebruikt achttiende-eeuws materiaal.
Waardering.
De schuur is van algemeen belang. Het gebouw heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als bijzondere uitdrukking van de sociaaleconomische en geografische ontwikkeling. Het heeft betekenis als gaaf specimen van de ontwikkeling van het langgeveltype in de Meijerij in het laatste kwart van de negentiende eeuw. Het heeft architectuurhistorische waarde vanwege de samenhang tussen exterieur en interieur. Het heeft ensemblewaarde vanwege de samenhang tussen de diverse onderdelen in relatie tot de erfinrichting, de beplanting en de directe landschappelijke omgeving. Het is gaaf bewaard gebleven.

The barn has wooden walls with horizontal boarding, two of which rest on a high brick plinth wall. The building has a thatched hipped roof. Double cart doors in the short gables. Internally there is a two-aisle, overhanging anchor-beam roof truss structure resting on stone posts. Part of the roof truss gives the impression of consisting of reused eighteenth-century material.
Valuation.
The barn is of general importance. The building has cultural-historical significance as a particular expression of socio-economic and geographical development. It has significance as an intact specimen of the development of the long-gable type in the Meijerij in the last quarter of the nineteenth century. It has architectural-historical value because of the coherence between exterior and interior. It has ensemble value because of the coherence between the various components in relation to the plot layout, planting and the direct landscape environment. It has been well preserved.
