Inleiding.
Voormalig LEGERINGSGEBOUW, tegenwoordig was- en strijkruimte. Het pand is gelegen aan de zuidkant van het middelste gedeelte van het complex. Het pand is gebouwd in 1941-1942 als een imitatie van de Duits Ambachtelijk-Traditionele bouwtrant.
Omschrijving.
Groot rechthoekig gebouwentype met de ingang aan de lange zijde. Zadeldak gedekt met verbeterde Hollandse pannen. Topgevel met vlechtingen. Gewijzigde dakkapellen met een plat dak. De vensters zijn grotendeels nog origineel.
Waardering.
Het pand is van algemeen belang.
Het pand heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als bijzondere uitdrukking van een landschappelijke- en bestuurlijke ontwikkeling.
