Inleiding.
Voormalig LEGERINGSGEBOUW, nu onderkomen voor asielzoekers. Het rechthoekige pand is gelegen naast opslaggebouw nummer 15.
Het pand is gebouwd in 1941-1942 als een imitatie van de Duits Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant.
Omschrijving.
Het is een middelgroot gebouwentype met muren in schoon metselwerk, een zadeldak gedekt met verbeterde Hollandse pannen en een centraal gelegen dakkapel met een plat dak. De getoogde ingang ligt centraal in de lange gevel en heeft nog de originele deur. De vensters in deze gevel zijn vergroot. Aan de achterzijde zijn ze nog origineel.

Het pand is van algemeen belang.
