Inleiding.
OPSLAGGEBOUW/GARAGE op rechthoekige grondslag, gelegen aan de westzijde van gebouw 11 tegenover het vrijwel identieke opslaggebouw 14. Het pand is gebouwd in 1941-1942 als een imitatie van de Duits Ambachtelijk-Traditionele bouwtrant.
Omschrijving.
Pand van één bouwlaag met muren in schoon metselwerk onder een met pannen gedekt zadeldak. In de korte gevel bevinden zich drie met een segmentboog overtoogde poorten. In de lange gevel bevinden zich drie naast elkaar gelegen recht gesloten hoge poorten met een gezamenlijke betonlatei. De hoog aangebrachte recht gesloten en gekoppelde vensters in de beide lange gevels zijn klein.
