Inleiding.
Voormalig LEGERINGSGEBOUW, nu onderkomen voor asielzoekers. Het pand is gelegen aan de zuidzijde van nummer 20. Het pand is gebouwd in 1941-1942 als een imitatie van de Duits Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant.
Omschrijving.
Groot gebouwentype op rechthoekige grondslag met gevels in schoon metselwerk, topgevels met vlechtingen, een zadeldak gedekt met verbeterde Hollandse pannen, tufstenen hoekblokken, een centraal in de lange gevel gelegen, licht getoogde, ingang op een laag bakstenen trapje, aan de lange zijden drie en vier dakkapellen met een zinken schilddakje. De deur en de meeste vensters zijn nog origineel. Rechts in de gevel is een deuropening voor het ketelhok aangebracht.

The door and most windows are still original. On the right in the façade a doorway for the boiler room has been made.
