Row of two-aisled MANSIONS of two high storeys, basement and attic storey on a W-shaped ground plan. The row consists of four adjoining properties (ground and upper floor dwellings) each with separately a gabled roof with half-hipped end at the front and a flat-roofed narrow rear extension. The rear extensions of the middle properties are coupled. The gabled roofs with half-hipped ends have the ridge perpendicular to the front facade and are covered with Dutch pantiles. The brick facades are laid in English bond.

The nearly symmetrically arranged FRONT FACADE is twelve bays wide. The vertical articulation of the facade consists of a slightly projecting first, sixth, seventh and tenth bay with corner pilasters (rusticated plastered shaft in the first storey and a fluted shaft with tectonically styled capital in the second storey). These projections have a portico in the first storey and a balcony in the second storey. The surround of the windows in the second storey is moreover crowned by a stuccoed, profiled round arch with keystone and acanthus leaf motif in the arch field.

The RIGHT SIDE FACADE is three bays wide and has the same articulation as the front facade. The left bay has in the first and second storey a blind window with painted shutters. The wall opening in the right bay of the first storey was enlarged to an entrance around 1926. A landing leads here to a panelled door with two panes and a fanlight. The mezzanine windows of the outer bays are executed blind. The brick REAR FACADE is laid in English bond and is terminated by a simple wooden cornice. The basement storey has in the rear extensions each a panelled door with four panes and a four-light hinged window. The first and second storeys have mainly T-sash windows with fanlights and double balcony doors under fanlights in the second storey. The third storey has mainly two-light hinged windows. All wall openings are closed by lightly arched stretches. The corner property is provided with a wooden conservatory extension with balcony and partly modified infills. The modern extensions at the rear fall outside the protection.
