Inleiding.
Aan de noordelijke zijde van de brouwerswoning staat de voormalige PAARDENSTAL, daterende uit omstreeks 1900. De stal staat met de nok vrijwel parallel aan die van het woonhuis.

De stal heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond en wordt gedekt door een zadeldak met oudhollandse pannen. In de bakstenen muren zijn zesruits ijzeren stalvensters van liggend formaat aangebracht. In de noordelijke gevel een viertal gedeelde, opgeklampte paardendeuren.
Waardering.
De paardenstal is van algemeen belang. Het gebouw heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als bijzondere uitdrukking van de sociaaleconomische ontwikkeling van westelijk Brabant. Het object is van belang vanwege de architectonische gaafheid van het exterieur. Het heeft ensemblewaarde als onderdeel van een groter geheel, dat van belang is vanwege de architectuurhistorische, bouwtechnische en typologische zeldzaamheid.

On the northern side of the brewer's dwelling stands the former HORSE STABLE, dating from around 1900. The stable stands with the ridge almost parallel to that of the dwelling house.

The stable has a rectangular floor plan and is covered by a gabled roof with old Dutch tiles. In the brick walls six-light iron stable windows of horizontal format are placed. In the northern gable a row of four divided, clamped horse doors.

The horse stable is of general importance. The building has cultural-historical importance as a particular expression of the socio-economic development of western Brabant. The object is important because of the architectural integrity of the exterior.
