Omschrijving
Inleiding.
De voormalige BROUWERSWONING dateert uit omstreeks 1890, is opgetrokken in Eclectische stijl en staat met de nok parallel aan de straat. Het huis heeft omstreeks 1950 zowel aan de voor- als de achterzijde twee dakkapellen gekregen.
Omstreeks 1975 is het huis opgesplitst in twee wooneenheden. Het gebouw maakte oorspronkelijk deel uit van het brouwerij-complex 'Het Schoentje'.
Omschrijving.
Het huis heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond en wordt gedekt door een zadeldak met kruispannen en tuile-du-nord pannen. Op de westelijke zijgevel en de brandmuur tussen woonhuis en stallen staat een schoorsteen. De gevels zijn opgetrokken in baksteen en voorzien van smeedijzeren muurankers, gedeeltelijk uitgevoerd als sierankers. Lijsten, deuromlijsting, strekken oculi en banden zijn gemetseld met strengperssteen. Trap, plint en dorpels zijn uitgevoerd in hardsteen.
De aan de zuidelijke zijde gesitueerde voorgevel wordt geleed door hoeklisenen en een uitspringende deuromlijsting en aan de bovenzijde afgesloten door een geprononceerde kroonlijst op consoles, waartussen een fries met baksteenmozaïek. Het woonhuis heeft een symmetrische voorgevel met in het midden een paneeldeur met bovenlicht in een omlijsting. Aan weerszijden bevinden zich een paar T-vensters onder segmentbogen, met opgeklampte luiken.
De aangebouwde stal heeft van links naar rechts de volgende indeling: een opgeklampte en getoogde staldeur, een ijzeren stalvenster met vorktracering en twee stuks opgeklampte inrijpoorten onder korfboog. Boven de staldeur en de inrijpoorten zijn drie oculi met vorktracering aangebracht. In de oostelijke zijgevel, met getand gemetselde daklijst en sierankers, is op de kapverdieping een getoogde opgeklampte laaddeur aangebracht, geflankeerd door twee segmentboogvormige muuropeningen, waar waarschijnlijk de ijzeren stalvensters uit zijn verdwenen. In de topgevel drie openingen naar de duiventil op zolder. De gevel wordt bekroond door een nokruiter.
De noordelijke zijgevel op de begane grond een opgeklampte deur met bovenlicht, met links daarvan een dubbel schuifvenster met kleine roedenverdeling. Op de verdieping een vierruits openslaand venster met segmentboogvormig bovenlicht. Ook hier een tandlijst langs het dak en smeedijzeren sierankers. Het huis heeft een globaal symmetrische indeling met centrale hal, die van de voor- tot de achtergevel loopt. In de achtergevel een voordeur met bovenlicht, geflankeerd door samengestelde vensters. Het linkervenster van de twee is vernieuwd. Het huis heeft aan de achterzijde een bakstenen tuinmuur. Aan de noordelijke zijde scheidt een ligusterhaag de tuin van het aangrenzende erf.

Het woonhuis is van algemeen belang. Introduction.
The former BREWER'S DWELLING dates from around 1890, is built in Eclectic style and stands with the ridge parallel to the street. The house received around 1950 on both the front and rear sides two roof dormers.

The adjoining stable has from left to right the following arrangement: a clamped and arched stable door, an iron stable window with tracery and two clamped cart entrance doors under basket arch. Above the stable door and the cart entrance doors are three oculi with tracery placed. In the eastern side gable, with toothed brick cornice and ornamental anchors, on the upper storey a arched clamped loading door is placed, flanked by two segmental arch-shaped wall openings, from which probably the iron stable windows have disappeared. In the top gable three openings to the dovecot on the upper floor. The gable is crowned by a roof ridge ornament.
The northern side gable on the ground floor a clamped door with fanlight, with to the left of it a double sash window with small glazing bars.
