Inleiding.
Achter de langgevelboerderij staat op het erf, met de nok haaks op de straat, een SCHUUR, daterende uit het laatste kwart van de negentiende eeuw in Ambachtelijk-Traditionele stijl.
Omschrijving.
De schuur heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond en wordt gedekt door een zadeldak met muldenpannen. De wanden zijn gepotdekseld. In de zuidelijke langsgevel is een inrijpoort.
De schuur heeft nog het oorspronkelijke gebint.
Waardering.
De schuur is van algemeen belang. Het object heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als voorbeeld van de sociaal-economische ontwikkeling van de landbouw in westelijk Brabant en als voorbeeld van de typologische ontwikkeling van de boerderij. Architectuurhistorisch is het pand van belang vanwege het sobere exterieur. Het is belangrijk vanwege de gaafheid van het exterieur en het oorspronkelijke gebint en is als voorbeeld van een kleine keuterij uiterst zeldzaam geworden.

Behind the long-gabled farmhouse stands on the farmyard, with the ridge perpendicular to the street, a BARN, dating from the last quarter of the nineteenth century in Artisanal-Traditional style.

The barn has a rectangular floor plan and is covered by a gabled roof with curved tiles. The walls are covered with clay-and-straw coating. In the southern long gable is a cart entrance door.
The barn still has the original timber frame.
Valuation.
The barn is of general importance. The object has cultural-historical importance as an example of the socio-economic development of agriculture in western Brabant and as an example of the typological development of the farmhouse. Architecturally the property is important because of its austere exterior. It is important because of the integrity of the exterior and the original timber frame and is as an example of a small smallholding extremely rare.
