Omschrijving
Inleiding.
De LANGGEVELBOERDERIJ in Ambachtelijk-Traditionele stijl dateert uit het vierde kwart van de negentiende eeuw en staat met de nok parallel aan de straat. Omstreeks 1900 is tegen de achtergevel een eenlaags aanbouw onder aansluitend lessenaardak geplaatst. Omstreeks 1925 is de zuidelijke gevel vernieuwd en zijn de deeldeuren in de straatgevel dichtgezet.
Omschrijving.
De boerderij heeft een globaal rechthoekige plattegrond en wordt gedekt door een zadeldak met muldenpannen. Op de brandmuur tussen woonhuis en stal is een schoorsteen gemetseld. De tuitgevels worden beide bekroond door een getrapte nokruiter. De gevels zijn opgetrokken in baksteen en voorzien van een gepleisterde plint en smeedijzeren muurankers. Het woonhuis heeft in de straatgevel een opgeklampte deur met smeedijzeren draaiknop, dito slotplaat en een tweedelig bovenlicht. De deur wordt geflankeerd door zesruits schuifvensters met opgeklampte luiken. Waarschijnlijk zijn de vensters omstreeks 1900 iets verbreed: onder de gemetselde strekken zijn iets bredere kunststenen lateien aangebracht. In het bedrijfsgedeelte is aan de straatzijde een vierruits stalvenster aangebracht. De noordelijke zijgevel heeft op de verdieping een tweeruits licht. Omstreeks 1930 is de zuidelijke gevel opnieuw opgemetseld en zijn de deeldeuren in de straatgevel dichtgezet.
In de zuidelijke gevel is een nieuw paar opgeklampte deeldeuren aangebracht, geflankeerd door driedelige stalvensters. Op de kapverdieping een vierruits licht. In de noordelijke gevel van de aanbouw een zesruits ijzeren venster.
Waardering.
De boerderij is van algemeen belang. Het object heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als voorbeeld van de sociaal-economische ontwikkeling van de landbouw in westelijk Brabant en als voorbeeld van de typologische ontwikkeling van de boerderij.
Architectuurhistorisch is het pand van belang vanwege de sobere ornamentiek van het exterieur. Het is belangrijk vanwege de gaafheid van het exterieur en is als voorbeeld van een kleine keuterij uiterst zeldzaam geworden.

Introduction.
The LONG-GABLED FARMHOUSE in Artisanal-Traditional style dates from the fourth quarter of the nineteenth century and stands with the ridge parallel to the street. Around 1900, a single-storey extension with adjoining lean-to roof was placed against the rear gable. Around 1925, the southern gable was renewed and the part-doors in the street gable were blocked up.
Description.
The farmhouse has a roughly rectangular floor plan and is covered by a gabled roof with curved tiles. On the party wall between dwelling house and stable a chimney is built. Both spout gables are crowned by a stepped roof ridge ornament. The gables are built in brick and provided with a plastered plinth and wrought-iron wall anchors. The dwelling house has in the street gable a clamped door with wrought-iron door handle, similar lock plate and a two-part fanlight. The door is flanked by six-light sash windows with clamped shutters. Probably the windows were slightly widened around 1900: under the mortared stretches slightly wider artificial stone lintels are placed. In the business section, a four-light stable window is placed on the street side. The northern side gable has a two-light window on the upper storey. Around 1930, the southern gable was rebuilt and the part-doors in the street gable were blocked up.
In the southern gable a new pair of clamped part-doors is placed, flanked by three-part stable windows. On the upper storey a four-light window. In the northern gable of the extension a six-light iron window.
Valuation.
The farmhouse is of general importance. The object has cultural-historical importance as an example of the socio-economic development of agriculture in western Brabant and as an example of the typological development of the farmhouse.
Architecturally the property is important because of the austere ornamentation of the exterior. It is important because of the integrity of the exterior and is as an example of a small smallholding extremely rare.
