De mitrailleurKAZEMAT IV, die dienst deed als commandopost, heeft een afmeting van 11 x 26 m. De kazemat, die gereed was in 1932, is aan de noordzijde grotendeels aangeaard met uitzondering van de plaats waar zich het trechtervormige, getrapte en van een vertanding met spoorstaven voorziene schietgat bevindt. De camouflage schildering in gele, groene en witte vlakken met dikke zwarte contourlijnen zijn in ere hersteld. Het schietgat is afsluitbaar d.m.v. twee pantserstalen luiken die op rollen met lagers schuiven. Aan de keelzijde, de westzijde, zijn twee ingangen en twee buitentoiletten gesitueerd.
De kazemat bevat een observatiepost met een gietijzeren observatiekoepel in het dak, commandopost, telefooncentrale, onderofficieren vertrek, manschappenverblijf, mitrailleurkamer en twee binnentoiletten. De zware stalen toegangshekken, de zware stalen binnendeuren, het buizensysteem t.b.v interne communicatie, de inwendige afsluitbare schietluiken en het verlichtingssyteem zijn alle origineel.
Tegenwoordig is de kazemat ingericht als museum.

Description
The machine gun CASEMATE IV, which served as a command post, has dimensions of 11 x 26 m. The casemate, which was completed in 1932, is largely buried on the north side with the exception of the location where the funnel-shaped, stepped firing aperture with a toothed rail bar provision is situated. The camouflage painting in yellow, green and white areas with thick black outline lines has been restored. The firing aperture is closable by means of two armoured steel shutters that slide on rollers with bearings. On the gorge side, the west side, two entrances and two external toilets are situated.
The casemate contains an observation post with a cast iron observation dome in the roof, command post, telephone exchange, non-commissioned officers' quarters, men's quarters, machine gun chamber and two internal toilets. The heavy steel access gates, the heavy steel internal doors, the tube system for internal communication, the internal closable firing shutters and the lighting system are all original.
Currently the casemate is fitted out as a museum.
