REGULATEURSHUISJE uit 1927 zonder specifieke stijlkenmerken behorende bij het complex van de Haagsche Maatschappij voor Gasdistributie, waartoe ook de telescopische gashouder en de dienstwoning toebehoren. Gelegen aan de zijkant van de dienstwoning.
Omschrijving
Op en vierkante plattegrond opgetrokken trafo in grauw bakstenen staand verband met een rollaag ter aanduiding van de plint onder een overkragend plat dak met houten dakrand.
Waardering
Het regulateurshuisje heeft ensemblewaarde vanwege de ruimtelijke en functionele relatie met de overige complexonderdelen.
