Bij het gemaalcomplex Leemans behorende SCHOTBALKENLOODS gesitueerd ten oosten van het gemaal.
Omschrijving
Schotbalkenloods bestaande uit één bouwlaag onder zadeldak voorzien van overstekende bakgoten en bedekt met rode opnieuw verbeterde Hollandse pannen. De loods heeft een inwendig houtskelet en gevels van gerabat beschot. Beide kopgevels hebben een dubbele houten opgeklampte deur. De langsgevels hebben elk twee liggende vijfdelige vensters met smalle zesruits ramen.
Waardering
De schotbalkenloods is van algemeen belang wegens cultuur- en architectuurhistorische waarde als historisch-functioneel onderdeel van het complex Leemans.

Description
Lock beam shed consisting of one storey under a gabled roof with overhanging gutters and covered with red improved Dutch tiles. The shed has an internal timber frame and facades of weatherboarded sheathing. Both gable ends have a double timber hinged double door. The long facades each have two horizontal five-part windows with narrow six-pane sashes.
Valuation
The lock beam shed is of general importance due to cultural and architectural historical value as a historical-functional component of the Leemans complex.
