Inleiding
KAPSCHUUR behorend tot het boerderijcomplex "Heereweg 322". De lage gemetselde noord- en westgevel zijn in XXc grotendeels vernieuwd.
Omschrijving
De op nagenoeg vierkant grondplan gebouwde kapschuur is uitgevoerd als een onvolledige stolp waarvan het rietgedekte schilddak boven de uitgebouwde west- en noordzijde lager is doorgetrokken. Het noordelijke dakschild heeft onderaan een pannenrand van rode Hollandse pannen. De houten buitenwanden zijn geteerd.
De aan de Munnikenweg gelegen oostgevel is geheel samengesteld uit brede staande delen afgewisseld met opliggende latten die de tussenliggende naden afdekken. Linksboven bevindt zich een opgeklampt hooiluik afgehangen aan twee kruisgehengen, en rechtsonder een opgeklampte dubbele schuurdeur van kraalschroten afgehangen aan duimgehengen. Boven het gemetselde onderste deel (XXc) heeft de hoge rechter helft van de zuidgevel een identieke gevelbekleding als de oostgevel. Links hiervan is de gevel samengesteld uit geteerde staande planken.
Het rechter gedeelte van de lage westgevel is nog gemetseld in rode handvormsteen waalformaat en voorzien van een klein dichtgezet venster. De inwendige houten draagconstructie bestaat uit een rechthoekig vierkant met aan de westzijde een overstek. Voor de noordelijke ligger van het vierkant is een voormalige boegspriet genomen. De vierkantsstijlen hebben evenals de daksporen een ronde doorsnede.
Waardering
De kapschuur is van algemeen belang als historisch-functioneel onderdeel van het boerderijcomplex "Heereweg 322".

CAP BARN belonging to the farm complex "Heereweg 322". The low masonry north and west gables were largely renewed in the 20th century.
Description
The cap barn built on an approximately square ground plan is executed as an incomplete stolp of which the thatch-covered hipped roof above the built-out west and north side is carried lower. The northern roof slope has at the bottom a pan edging of red Dutch tiles. The timber exterior walls are tarred.
The east gable situated on the Munnikenweg is entirely composed of broad upright parts alternating with bearing strips which cover the gaps between them. At the top left is a clamped hay door hung from two cross hinges, and at the bottom right a clamped double barn door of beaded boards hung from thumb hinges. Above the masonry lower section (20th century) the high right half of the south gable has an identical wall covering as the east gable. To the left of this the gable is composed of tarred upright planks.
The right section of the low west gable is still laid in red handmade brick in Flemish bond and provided with a small filled-in window. The internal timber-frame structure consists of a rectangular square with on the west side an overhang. For the northern beam of the square a former bowsprit has been used. The corner posts as well as the roof corbels have a round cross-section.
Valuation
The cap barn is of general importance as a historically-functional component of the farm complex "Heereweg 322".
