Het huisje op rechthoekige plattegrond heeft één bouwlaag uitgevoerd in baksteen, onder geknikt zadeldak met overstek en gesneden windveren gedekt met dakleer. De voorgevel is drie traveeën breed. De gevels hebben siermetselwerk, o.a. een getrapt boogfries in de topgevels, hoekpilasters, middenrisaliet en getoogde muuropeningen.
Waardering:
De dienstwoning van de buitenplaats Kasteel Geldrop is van algemeen belang. Het gebouw heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als bijzondere uitdrukking van een culturele en sociaal-economische ontwikkeling, in het bijzonder de ontwikkeling en uitgroei van buitenplaatsen in de negentiende en vroege twintigste eeuw, uitgaande van een ouder kasteel met aangehorigheden. Het gebouw heeft architectuurhistorische waarden door de sobere en evenwichtige opbouw.
