Omschrijving onderdeel 3: KOETSHUIS.
Aan het begin van de oprijlaan gesitueerd koetshuis uit 1917 gebouwd in rustieke Engelse cottage-stijl door de Haagsche architect J.A.H.W. Cramer in opdracht van E.H.D. Insinger. Op V-vormige plattegrond opgetrokken bakstenen gebouw van één bouwlaag hoog staande op een bakstenen plint gemarkeerd door een rollaag onder een met riet bekleed samengesteld schilddak. De twee vooruitspringende vleugels omsluiten een kleine voorplaats die afgesloten wordt door een lage bakstenen muur met in het midden tussen twee bakstenen pijlers een poort. De pijlers zijn voorzien van een hardstenen knopbekroning. De luiken en deuren van het koetshuis zijn geschilderd in de Pijnenburger kleuren, rood, groen en wit. In het midden van de regelmatig ingedeelde voorgevel een getoogde deur bestaande uit een houten paneeldeur met halfrond meerruits bovenlicht onder een iets uitstekende puntgevel. Boven de puntgevel een dakverhoging met driehoekig venster. De deur geeft toegang tot het koetshuis. Aan weerskanten van de deur een smal rechthoekig venster. In de iets uitstekende hoekpartijen onder een schilddak eveneens met een smal rechthoekig venster. De kopgevels van de twee vooruitspringende vleugels bevatten elk een drielichts roedevenster met luiken. De rechtervleugel was oorspronkelijk ingericht als paardenstal, maar werd in 1968 tot woning verbouwd. In de zijgevels meerruits vensters met luiken. In het vooruitspringende middengedeelte van de achtergevel een identieke inrijdeur als in de voorgevel.

Description component 3: COACH HOUSE.
Situated at the beginning of the drive, a coach house built in 1917 in rustic English cottage style by The Hague architect J.A.H.W. Cramer on commission of E.H.D. Insinger. Built on a V-shaped plan, a brick building of one storey standing on a brick plinth marked by a roll course under a reed-thatched composite hipped roof. The two projecting wings enclose a small forecourt which is closed off by a low brick wall with in the centre between two brick pillars a gate. The pillars are provided with a hardstone knob finial. The shutters and doors of the coach house are painted in the Pijnenburg colours, red, green and white. In the centre of the regularly divided front facade a mullioned door consisting of a wooden panelled door with semi-circular multi-pane fanlight under a slightly projecting pointed gable. Above the pointed gable a roof heightening with triangular window. The door provides access to the coach house. On either side of the door a narrow rectangular window. In the slightly projecting corner sections under a hipped roof likewise with a narrow rectangular window. The end facades of the two projecting wings each contain a three-light mullioned window with shutters. The right wing was originally fitted out as a horse stable, but was converted to residential use in 1968. In the side facades multi-pane windows with shutters. In the projecting middle section of the rear facade an identical carriage entrance as in the front facade.
