Omschrijving onderdeel 4: CASCADE ANNEX KEERMUUR.
Terzijde van het huis (zuid) een door Hanrath ontworpen bakstenen cascade bestaande uit een langwerpig rechthoekig deel (watergang) oorspronkelijk waarin drie maal drie treden met aan het einde tussen twee pijlers een bakstenen opengewerkte muur waarvoor een bank is geplaatst. Aan weerszijden daarvan een halfronde vleugel die zich buigt naar de lager gelegen waterloop.
Waardering
De CASCADE ANNEX KEERMUUR is van algemeen belang:
- vanwege de architectonische vormgeving naar ontwerp van Hanrath;
- vanwege de ornamentele waarde;

Description
Description component 4: CASCADE TOGETHER WITH RETAINING WALL.
To the side of the house (south) a brick cascade designed by Hanrath consisting of an elongated rectangular section (watercourse) originally wherein three by three steps with at the end between two pillars a brick open-worked wall in front of which a bench has been placed. On either side of that a semi-circular wing that bends towards the lower-lying water course.

The CASCADE TOGETHER WITH RETAINING WALL is of general importance:
