Omschrijving onderdeel 3: DIENSTGEBOUW.
XVIII; ten westen van het huis, gelegen in de gracht, d.w.z.: de korte gevels (noord- en zuidgevel) staan in de gracht; bakstenen rechthoekig gebouw van één bouwlaag onder schilddak met blauw verglaasde pannen; twee schoorstenen met borden; meerruits ramen; tussen huis en dienstgebouw een ommuurde binnenplaats, waarvan de inrichting van ondergeschikt belang is.

18th century; located west of the house, situated in the moat, that is: the short facades (north and south facade) stand in the moat; brick rectangular building of one storey under hipped roof with blue glazed tiles; two chimneys with boards; multi-light windows; between house and service building a walled inner courtyard, whose arrangement is of subsidiary importance.
