Omschrijving onderdeel 4:
Het BAKHUIS dateert in oorsprong uit de XIXe eeuw en maakt deel uit van de buitenplaats Zoudtland. Het bakhuis is gelegen op het erf aan de zuidzijde van het huis. Het is opgetrokken in gele ijsselsteen en heeft tuitgevels en een zadeldak gedekt met rode oudhollandse pannen. Aan de achterzijde is een bakoven aangebouwd, eveneens in ijsselsteen en met een zadeldak met rode dakpannen. Het geheel is in de jaren '60 van de twintigste eeuw opnieuw opgetrokken.

Het BAKHUIS is van algemeen belang:

Description of component 4:
The BAKEHOUSE originally dates from the 19th century and forms part of the country estate Zoudtland. The bakehouse is located on the plot on the south side of the house. It is built in yellow IJssel brick and has spout gables and a gabled roof covered with red Dutch Old tiles. On the rear side a baking oven has been added, also in Ijssel brick and with a gabled roof with red roof tiles. The whole was rebuilt in the 1960s of the twentieth century.
