Omschrijving onderdeel 3:
VLAAMSE SCHUUR behorende tot de buitenplaats Zoudtland. De Vlaamse schuur dateert uit de periode XVIII-XIX en ligt aan de westelijk zijde van en vlakbij het hoofdhuis. Het is een houten schuur op een rechthoekige plattegrond waarvan de zuidoostelijke hoek de voor dit schuurtype kenmerkende inzwenking vertoont. De schuur heeft een rieten schilddak met een welving boven de ingezwenkte en de noordoostelijke hoek. De wanden zijn opgebouwd uit gepotdekselde, zwartgeteerde planken waarvan de onderste laag aan de lange buitengevels worden geschraagd door korte, eiken krommers.
Waardering
De VLAAMSE SCHUUR is van algemeen belang:

Description of component 3:
FLEMISH BARN belonging to the country estate Zoudtland. The Flemish barn dates from the period 18th-19th century and is located on the western side of and close to the main house. It is a wooden barn on a rectangular ground plan of which the south-eastern corner shows the characteristic inswing typical of this barn type. The barn has a thatched hipped roof with a bulge above the inswung and the north-eastern corner. The walls are constructed from caulked, blackened tarred planks of which the lowest layer on the long outer facades are supported by short, oak curved braces.

The FLEMISH BARN is of general interest:
