Omschrijving onderdeel 1:
HOOFDGEBOUW (ZOUDTLAND) behorende tot de buitenplaats Zoudtland. Het is een voormalige herenboerderij bestaande uit een woonhuis met aangebouwd schuurgedeelte op een L-vormige plattegrond en daterend uit de tweede helft van de negentiende eeuw. De korte poot betreft het gepotdekselde en zwartgeverfde schuurgedeelte dat uitspringt naast de voorgevel van het huis. Het woonhuis is in baksteen opgetrokken. De voorgevel is vijf traveeën breed met in het midden de hoofdingang met een groengeschilderde deur in Lodewijk XVI-stijl.
De voor- en oostelijke gevel hebben een verdieping die aan de achterzijde van het huis, de zuidelijke langsgevel, onder het doorlopende schilddak is gelegen. De oostelijke korte zijgevel heeft zowel op de parterre als op de verdieping drie ramen met op de begane grond 6-ruits vensters. De verdiepingsvensters hebben vier ruiten. Op het woongedeelte zijn de dakschilden aan de noord- en oostzijde gedekt met grijze pannen, de zuidelijke achterzijde heeft rode pannen. De schuur is rietgedekt met aan de west- en zuidzijde een strook van acht rijen rode pannen. Op de nok bevindt zich een achtkantig open klokkentorentje met ingezwenkt zinken tentdak. Vóór de restauratie in 1968 stond het op de nok van het woongedeelte. Huis en schuurgedeelte hebben dezelfde nokhoogte.

Het HOOFDGEBOUW (ZOUDTLAND) is van algemeen belang:

Description component 1:
MAIN BUILDING (ZOUDTLAND) belonging to the country estate Zoudtland. It is a former manor farmhouse consisting of a dwelling house with adjoining barn section on an L-shaped ground plan and dating from the second half of the nineteenth century. The short wing concerns the clay-tile roofed and black-painted barn section that projects beside the front facade of the house. The dwelling house is constructed in brick. The front facade is five bays wide with in the centre the main entrance with a green-painted door in Louis XVI style.
The front and eastern facade have a first floor that is located on the rear side of the house, the southern long side, under the continuous hipped roof. The eastern short side facade has on both the ground floor and the first floor three windows with on the ground floor 6-light windows. The first floor windows have four lights. On the dwelling section the roof slopes on the north and east sides are covered with grey tiles, the southern rear side has red tiles. The barn is thatched with on the west and south sides a strip of eight rows of red tiles. On the ridge is an octagonal open bell tower with inset zinc tent roof. Before the restoration in 1968 it stood on the ridge of the dwelling section. House and barn section have the same ridge height.

The MAIN BUILDING (ZOUDTLAND) is of general interest:
