Omschrijving
Omschrijving onderdeel 3: KOETSHUIS behorende tot de buitenplaats Amstelrust.
Terzijde van het hoofdgebouw staat een 18de-eeuws koetshuis in classicistische stijl. Het op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken bakstenen pand met lijstgevels bestaat uit één hoge bouwlaag onder een met gesmoorde pannen gedekt zadeldak met dakkapellen. De gevels kennen een geleding met meerruits vensters onder strekken. De op het zuiden georiënteerde voorgevel heeft uiterst rechts een dubbele inrijdeur gevat in eenvoudige lijst; links daarvan vijf vensterassen met centraal een toegangsdeur voorzien van bovenlicht.

Het KOETSHUIS, behorend tot de historische buitenplaats Amstelrust is van algemeen cultuur- en architectuurhistorisch belang:

Description component 3: COACH HOUSE belonging to the country estate Amstelrust.
Beside the main building stands an 18th-century coach house in classicist style. The brick building erected on rectangular footprint with cornice-topped facades consists of one high storey under a gabled roof covered with combed tiles with roof dormers. The facades show articulation with multi-pane windows under relieving arches. The front facade oriented to the south has at the far right a double carriage entrance set in a simple frame; to its left five window bays with centrally an entrance door furnished with fanlight.
