Omschrijving
R.K. Kerk St. Martinus. De neogotische kerk van het type hallenkerk met dwarskappen ter plaatse van het transept, bestaat uit een vierkante toren, een driebeukig schip en een driezijdig koor, aan weerszijden geflankeerd door een zijkapel. Aan de zuidzijde van het koor bevindt zich de sacristie. De forse Nederrijnse toren (XVB), zonder steunberen, heeft drie geledingen en twee nissen in elk gevelvlak. De bovenste geleding en de ingesnoerde naaldspits dateren uit 1885. Mechanisch torenuurwerk, B. Eijsbouts, Asten, later voorzien van electrische opwinding. Het driebeukig schip bestaat uit een brede middenbeuk en smalle zijbeuken. Iedere beuk wordt afgesloten door een steil schilddak gedekt met leien in maasdekking. De sacristie heeft één bouwlaag onder eveneens een steil schilddak met leien in maasdekking. In het interieur is de lambrisering van het koor volledig betegeld, met daarin opgenomen tableau's met religieuze voorstellingen. Eénklaviers orgel, in 1898 gemaakt door de Gebr. Gradussen.

R.C. Church of St. Martinus. The Neo-Gothic church of the hall church type with transverse roof trusses at the location of the transept, consists of a square tower, a three-aisled nave and a three-sided choir, flanked on either side by a side chapel. On the south side of the choir is the sacristy. The substantial Lower Rhine tower (second half of the 15th century), without buttresses, has three storeys and two niches in each facade. The uppermost storey and the slender spire date from 1885. Mechanical tower clock, B. Eijsbouts, Asten, later fitted with electric winding. The three-aisled nave consists of a broad central aisle and narrow side aisles. Each aisle is closed off by a steep hipped roof covered with slate in Dutch bond. The sacristy has one storey under likewise a steep hipped roof with slate in Dutch bond. In the interior, the wainscoting of the choir is entirely tiled, with religious scenes incorporated. Single-keyboard organ, made in 1898 by the Gebr. Gradussen.
