Inleiding
Omstreeks 1935 in traditionele stijl, met Delftse school-invloeden gebouwde BOERDERIJ in de Polder Groot Mijdrecht. De boerderij staat haaks op de rechte ontsluitingsweg. Ondanks de traditionele verschijningsvorm is het bedrijfsgedeelte - de stal - opgetrokken uit moderne materialen. Het perceel, dat door sloten wordt omgeven, heeft terzijde een rij bomen.
Omschrijving
De aan de Botsholsedwarsweg gelegen langhuisboerderij is opgetrokken op een rechthoekige plattegrond en telt één bouwlaag onder een met rode, verbeterde Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak met afgewolfde nokeinden. Op de nok is aan de voorzijde stenen schoorsteen geplaatst; op het bedrijfsgedeelte zijn twee ventilatieroosters aangebracht. De vensters in het voorhuis hebben een zesruits roedenverdeling en zijn voorzien van luiken met een rood-wit zandlopermotief.
De voor- of noordgevel heeft een drielichtsvenster links en een dubbel draaivenster rechts. Ter hoogte van de verdieping is een vijflichtsvenster geplaatst.
De rechterzijgevel bevat links een dubbel draaivenster, voorts de voordeur in een portaal onder een kleine schilddakvormige steekkap, rustend op vierkante houten zuilen. Rechts hiervan is een dubbel draaivenster gezet. Het stalgedeelte bevat een deur met kleine vensters ter weerszijden, alsmede vijf gekoppelde houten stalvensters met middenstijl. Boven het middelste stalvenster is een Vlaamse gevel gezet met een dubbele rondboogdeur ten behoeve van de hooizolder.
De linkerzijgevel heeft ter hoogte van het voorhuis een erkerachtige aanbouw onder steekkap met wolfeind. De aanbouw bevat een vijflichts venster met bovenlichten. De zijgevels van de uitbouw bevatten een venster. Rechts van de uitbouw bevinden zich een venster en een terrasmuur. Het stalgedeelte aan de rechterzijde bevat vijf stalvensters met middenstijl. De achtergevel is symmetrisch van indeling, met in het midden een dubbele deur en ter weerszijden een venstertje en een mestdeur. De topgevel bevat een dubbele rondboogdeur met vensters ter weerszijden.
Het interieur van de stal heeft een betonnen plafond en ijzeren staanders.

Description
The long-house farmhouse located on the Botsholsedwarsweg is constructed on a rectangular ground plan and comprises one storey under a gabled roof covered with red, improved Dutch tiles with curved roof ridge ends. On the ridge a stone chimney has been placed at the front; on the business section two ventilation grilles have been installed. The windows in the front house have six-pane glazing bars and are provided with shutters with a red-and-white hourglass motif.
The front or north gable has a three-light window on the left and a double casement window on the right. At the level of the upper storey a five-light window has been placed.
The right side gable contains on the left a double casement window, further the front door in a porch under a small hipped roof projecting corbel, resting on square wooden posts. To the right of this a double casement window has been placed. The stable section contains a door with small windows on either side, as well as five coupled wooden stable windows with a centre mullion. Above the centre stable window a Flemish gable has been placed with a double round-arch door serving the hay loft.
The left side gable has at the level of the front house a bay-like extension under a corbel roof with half-hipped end. The extension contains a five-light window with fanlights. The side gables of the extension contain a window. To the right of the extension are a window and a terrace wall. The stable section on the right side contains five stable windows with a centre mullion. The rear gable is symmetrical in layout, with a double door in the centre and a small window and a manure door on either side. The top gable contains a double round-arch door with windows on either side.
The interior of the stable has a concrete ceiling and iron posts.
Valuation
The farmhouse is of general importance on account of its architectural-historical value as a well-preserved example of a farmhouse in traditional building style with influences of the Delft school style, with corresponding detailing and modern construction, and on account of its situational value through its location in the rural area.
