Een aan de linkerzijde van de oprijlaan gelegen DIRECTEURSWONING uit 1933 van twee bouwlagen in Delftse schoolstijl. De villa heeft een nagenoeg rechthoekige plattegrond en telt twee bouwlagen onder een door riet gedekt zadeldak. De massief ogende gevels zijn in gele (sintel)steen opgetrokken en hebben platvol geborstelde voegen. De vensters hebben stalen kozijnen en bestaan voornamelijk uit vierlichtsramen met bovenlicht.
De voorgevel (westen) is uitgevoerd als topgevel heeft een links van de middenas gelegen voordeur, gelegen in een getoogde, ondiepe portiek. De ontlastingsboog rust op aanzetten van natuursteen, aan de onderzijde gebiljoeneerd. De afschuining wordt in het metselwerk voortgezet. In de linker afschuining is een natuurstenen brievenbusfront gemetseld. Boven de ingangspartij is een klein hoogreliëf van Albert Termote bevestigd, voorstellende een gekroonde Maria met het kind Jesus en twee engelen. De tekst in het reliëf meldt: `Zoete Lieve Vrouwe van den Bosch'. In de tweede bouwlaag is op de linkerhoek een rondboog uitgespaard ten behoeve van een loggia. In de top zijn twee naast elkaar gelegen tweelichtsvensters met smalle bovenlichten gezet.
Tegen de rechterhoek van de achtergevel is een schoorsteenpartij gemetseld, die boven de daklijst links, een steunbeer heeft gekregen. Links is een rechthoekige serre op gemetselde plint onder een plat dak met overstek. Het dak fungeert als balkon, voorzien van een strak vormgegeven metalen hekwerk.
De linker zijgevel heeft vanaf de linkerhoek tot het midden van de gevel een aanbouw van anderhalve bouwlaag onder doorschietend dakschild. De schoorsteen wordt er aan de onderzijde door ingekapseld. De schoorsteen heeft ook aan deze zijde boven het dakschild een steunbeer. Haaks tegen de zijgevel van de aanbouw is een in baksteen opgetrokken schuur onder een met pannen gedekt zadeldak gebouwd. Rechts in de gevel van de aanbouw is in de tweede bouwlaag een rondboog uitgespaard ten behoeve van de loggia. Het dakschild heeft een centraal gelegen getoogd vleermuisvenster. De rechter zijgevel telt drie vensterassen. De middelste vensteras heeft een kleine uitbouw onder een deels met riet gedekt lessenaarsdakje. In het dakschild zit een rechthoekig, met riet gedekte dakkapel.
De plattegrondindeling is enigszins gewijzigd. De in blauw-geglazuurde steen uitgevoerde haardpartij in de achterkamer, waarin een zandstenen reliëf van St. Joris die de draak doodt, vormt een waardevol element in het voor het overige van ondergeschikt belang zijnde interieur.

A DIRECTOR'S RESIDENCE dating from 1933, situated on the left side of the access drive, comprising two storeys in Delft School style. The villa has an almost rectangular floor plan and comprises two storeys under a gabled roof (saddle roof) covered in thatch. The solid-looking facades are constructed in yellow (cinder) brick and have flush-jointed rough-faced mortar joints. The windows have steel frames and consist mainly of four-light windows with fanlights.
The front facade (west) is executed as a pitched gable and has a front door positioned to the left of the central axis, located in an arched, shallow porch. The relieving arch rests on stone plinths, with beak moulding at the base. The splay is continued in the brickwork. In the left splay a natural stone letterbox front has been laid. Above the entrance section a small high relief by Albert Termote is attached, depicting a crowned Mary with the Christ Child and two angels. The text in the relief reads: 'Zoete Lieve Vrouwe van den Bosch'. In the second storey, a round arch has been left at the left corner for the purpose of a loggia. At the apex two adjacent two-light windows with narrow fanlights are placed.
Against the right corner of the rear facade a chimney section has been laid, which above the eaves line to the left has been given a buttress. To the right in the facade of the extension a round arch has been left in the second storey for the purpose of the loggia. The roof pitch has a centrally positioned arched bat window. The right side facade has three window bays. The central window bay has a small extension under a partially thatch-covered lean-to roof. In the roof pitch sits a rectangular roof dormer covered with thatch.
The floor plan layout has been altered somewhat. The fireplace section executed in blue-glazed brick in the rear room, in which a sandstone relief of St. George slaying the dragon is placed, forms a valuable element in the interior, which is otherwise of subordinate significance.
