Inleiding
Voormalig KOETSHUIS, gelegen in de tuin achter het huis. Het koetshuis is, afgaande op de bouwsporen of nooit helemaal gerealiseerd of gedeeltelijk afgebroken. Het gebouw had rechts voor een uitbreiding moet krijgen of heeft deze gehad.
Omschrijving
In halfsteens verband gemetseld koetshuis op rechthoekige grondslag. De VOORGEVEL bevat op de linker hoek zandstenen hoekblokken. De gevel heeft links en in het midden een toegang, beide met getoogde bovendorpel en ontlast door een steens segmentboog. Alleen de linker toegang heeft zandstenen aanzetblokken in de boog. Rechts bevat de gevel een ingehakte toegang. De RECHTER ZIJGEVEL bevat een rond venster in de top met in de halfsteens omlijsting zandstenen blokken. Ter weerszijden bevinden zich duivengaten met een zandstenen omlijsting.
Het pand is gedekt met een zadeldak met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen. Langs de voorgevel bevindt zich onder de mastgoot een rijk gefigureerde houten lijst.
Waardering
Koetshuis uit 1887 naar ontwerp van de Delftse hoogleraar Henri Evers.

Former COACH HOUSE, situated in the garden behind the house. The coach house, judging from the construction traces, either was never fully realised or was partially demolished. The building would have needed to have an extension on the right or had one.
Description
Coach house built in half-bond brickwork on a rectangular ground plan. The FRONT FACADE contains on the left corner sandstone corner blocks. The facade has on the left and in the centre an entrance, both with arched lintel and relieved by a brick segmental arch. Only the left entrance has sandstone springer blocks in the arch. On the right the facade contains a recessed entrance. The RIGHT SIDE FACADE contains a round window at the top with sandstone blocks in the half-bond frame. On both sides are located dovecotes with a sandstone frame.
The building is covered with a gabled roof with smothered Dutch tiles. Along the front facade below the main gutter is a richly figured wooden moulding.
