Omschrijving
De vijverpartij loopt onder de Gen. van Heutszlaan door en gaat dan verder als vijver in het Verzetsstrijderspark. Ter hoogte van de Van Heutszlaan bevindt zich een BAKSTENEN BOOGBRUG uit de jaren '30, gemetseld in noors verband. De brug vertoont door zijn kubistische vormgeving invloeden van de Nieuwe Haagse Schoolstijl. De bogen hebben natuurstenen aanzet- en sluitstukken. De uiteinden van de brug zijn voorzien van gemetselde bloembakken. Op de brug een smeedijzeren balustrade.

Description
The pond runs under Gen. van Heutszlaan and then continues as a pond in the Verzetsstrijderspark. At the level of Van Heutszlaan is located a BRICK ARCH BRIDGE from the 1930s, built in Flemish bond. The bridge shows influences of the New Hague School style through its cubistic design. The arches have natural stone springer and keystone stones. The ends of the bridge are furnished with brick planters. On the bridge a wrought-iron balustrade.
